Who we are

eval.dog is operated by Ortomate Ltd., 12 Jessie Street, Wellington, New Zealand ("we", "us"). We handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Questions? Email hello@eval.dog.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and name (via Google sign-in or magic link) so we can authenticate you and run your account.
• Content you create: prompts, prompt versions, examples, outputs, critiques, checks, and run results. This is your data; we store it to provide the service.
• Billing details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — we store only your Stripe customer reference, plan, and subscription status.
• Usage metadata: model call counts per month, used to enforce plan limits.

How your content is processed

When you run an eval, your prompt text and test inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate outputs and judge scores. We send only what is required to run the eval. We do not sell your data or use your content to train models.

Third parties we rely on

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Vercel — application hosting
• Stripe — payments and subscription management
• Anthropic — model inference for eval runs

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Email us at hello@eval.dog to request export or deletion of your account and its data; we will action requests within 20 working days as required by the Privacy Act 2020.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to your content is isolated per account with database row-level security. Service credentials are held server-side only.
